Gintare-Elena Macijauskaite

In 2015 she completed her degree in solo piano and piano pedagogy at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater under the guidance of Arūnas Staškus, Irena Uss-Armonienė (Vocal Chamber Music) and Donatas Katkus (Chamber Music). The following year she continued her studies at the Ecole Normale de Musique 'Alfred Cortot' (Paris, France) with Guigla Katsarava (Piano) and Paul Montag (Chamber Music). She is currently studying at “G. Verdi Conservatory of Music ”(Turin, Italy), in the chamber vocal class under the direction of Erik Battaglia.

This area, as a musician, has no limits to professionalism, excellence, and perfection. Gintare is not used to bragging about her successes; however, their number is quite abundant. She is the winner of numerous competitions, honored with various prizes, awards and has received many positive appreciations and evaluations from the likes of V. Dvorkin, G. Scott, D. Colucci, AP Bugay, J. Lowenthal, M. Nosowska, N . Seriogin, G. Zitterbart, M. Becker, J. Cohen, N. Stavy, J. Ph. Schulze, A. Bauni, N. Patarcec, M. Tranchant, R. Kruger, O. Kern, K. Scherbakov and others .

She has performed all over Europe giving concerts in Italy, France, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Germany. Performing in concert halls such as Salle Cortot (Paris, France), Villa Torlonia Theater (Rome, Italy), Kaunas Philharmonic (Lithuania) ... And a wide range of festivals such as "Le strade d'Europa", "Daugavpils ReStArt "," International Lied Duo Festival Vilnius-Lied 2013 "and others, not only as a solo pianist, but also in chamber ensembles.

Gintare Elena was awarded for her achievements in various International Competitions with acknowledgments of the Presidents of the Republic of Lithuania, the Chairman of the Seimas, and the Culture Division of Kaunas City Municipality.
